Would like to transition it to a MHP style community without changing the zoning by allowing self contained park models, fifth-wheel campers  and the like.

But, an IRA or 401k of the Wall Street variety (common model) is equally tied up as far as your access, and even more restricted because of the limitation on publicly traded investments only.

It depends on the person, their business model, constraints, and goals.However, I may be looking at this all wrong though.

The current pricing model for newly listed triple deckers in East Boston seems to be "find the last sold one and add $20k."

It looks like Canon may actually have some good options, but it is so hard to sift through all of the various models to figure out which one will do what I need it to do.Thanks again for any insights you may have! 

That worked out really well, our competitive advantage is that we have a "live in model home" at the price point, and in the area we are working...

Other thing to do and I think this is where this whole ( no pun intended wholesaling) model is going ,,, one just needs to set up their transactional funding partners...
