Dad isn't on lease- I am not going to support that behavior where a grown woman has her daddy involved.I plan on having a direct conversation with the three tenants on the lease to openly and responsibly address concerns.Here are my questions:In reviewing the deposit check, I noticed that her dad IS a joint on the checking account.

I rent a storage building for my staging furniture and they have a large lot full of motor homes, boats, trailers, cars, trucks, etc.Another idea if you like farming and the land will support it would be to put some kind of livestock on it (cows, goats, etc).

As Mark McClure stated, it is possible to handle real estate part time; but there are limitations for client support unless you have a job you can walk out on at a moments notice.
