Does anyone know if there are buyers who buy this kind of note and are set up to be able to collect on it?

Also, not sure of your experience with purchasing properties, but closing costs can be a bit also, so make sure you have that put aside.

Hand that link to your estate planner or lawyer who is setting it up, and tell them to check all the boxes there. 

Living in SoCal and buying out of state comes with its own set of clallenges and it makes it hard to do the due diligence necessary. 

Once your out of debt then your better set up to save money.

The court dates were set on 8/8/17 and 8/22/17.

I set my door codes to actually work an hour prior to check-in and an hour post check-out.

If you don't trust them, then set up a meeting with 2 other CPAs, pay them for an hour of their time, and see what they think.  

Aside from predicting the future, how can I change my process so that these letters come in a more timely fashion?
