I have to agree with Ryan Brouwer:  Stay away from the Azzam Group and RE/MAX Haven. 

Also, at the end of the day, if you have budget left over, make a draw and enjoy that tax free money. 

Haven't heard about Houston or San Antonio, but just like many cities nationwide they all feel the need for more affordable housing and have hopes urban infill can help that.
