Hi everyone, I recently bought a restaurant property in Iowa and am now thinking about rehab.

It's like asking, "What's a good restaurant in America?"

And the restaurants, bars, basically everything was ordered closed.  

Third SFH is a restaurant household and both husband and wife are out of jobs plus 3 kids at home.

Her job was at a restaurant that was in the local news for refusing to pay their employees.

Sorry this is more of a general business investing question then Real Estate so I wasn't sure where to post... 2 questions in regard to investing in a Restaurant Business.1) Silent Partner share structure.  

Or locally we have a restaurant on Indian Rocks Beach with a giant shark that looks like it's just been caught.

PA realtor and Pittsburgh STR host with rentals in downtown next to the PPG, North sector, Mexican War Streets, Allegheny, stretching to Lawrenceville.All good locations, as are those that you had mentioned.  

On the other hand if you had business signage up at the house, a front desk manned by employees, a restaurant on site that served food, etc. that would be commercial activity.

And as a consequence of COVID-19 many other industries such as supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, airlines, hotels, airports are suspending their workers and / or cutting working hours.
