Now, when you go to file your tax return, the LLC (which is taxed as a partnership being its multi-member) will spit out a K-1 form at the beginning of the year which you use to file your personal tax return.This is the best way that I know how to handle the profits/money to be tax efficient.Honestly, how much profit are you expecting?

If you structure it where both the investor and operating partner are on the LLC then I it would probable be a K-1 at the end of the year.
