Speaking for myself, with my own acquisition and investment strategy, what’s most important to me is the TYPE of leads I generate, not the quantity or motivation level.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

What I would do next if I were you is to speak to some people who invest in both market and ask what their experience as a landlord, property owner, tenant relationships, and growth has been in the last 5 years and figure out what's the best route for you.
