12 Months After Refi?
I’m in the state of Tennessee and I’ve lived in my house for 1 year 2 months. I’m looking to refi to reduce my debt to income prior to buying my next house hack property.
When speaking to my lender, a credit union, he said there is no requirement for me to stay in the property upon completion of the refi. The only requirement is for me to be occupying the property during the refi.
Is there anyone that can confirm?
