If the tenant is now agreeing to begin paying rent again in July- can we ask them to agree to maintain that agreement regardless of governed allowances🤔

Will government housing expand as a result of COVID?

@Jeff Copeland, Well it's an attempt by the government to clarify and simplify. 

Some how, the government is gonna know.

In fact, as part of the government stimulus package, the SBA will make 6 months of P&I payments on any 7a loan closed prior to the end of September 2020. 

That term only applies to government (generally courts) use.

Government completely collapses I'm confident that they could easily pay the mortgage on time.

It seems worse then if you filed bankruptcy or were foreclosed on.Leave it to the government to stick it to us or not protect us from the bankers that always seem to come out on top.  

@Michael Osborne I think this program is geared more towards people people who have worked in the federal government in the past and have have been furloughed in their current Non-Federal position.
