HI everyone:  I keep on going back and forth on this but want to ask others who have made moves in either direction this year (or gone down the route of paying off properties early in general). 

I realize that I probably need to hire a financial expert to truly assist me with this question, but I’d like to ask the community how they’d look at this situation beforehand because my wife and I are relatively new at all of this.

Assuming this is correct, how are investors able to get decent cash flow out of a rental?

Yazoo clay  in a 1 inch block with zero water.. if you take that one inch block and add water it can expand out to 12 inchs by 12 inchs  this is why the pipes burst all over the place in the city of Jackson..
