Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Bought this first property close to my house. Two units were occupied, two were vacant and has room to build.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I want to get into real estate investing and like the thought of having multiple properties to manage.
