@Christopher HunterI’m comparing this to flipping the house instead of renting it.. if I flipped it the net after taxes etc profit would be in the 60-80k range.. so I’m trying to evaluate if $1,400 net income from a home would beat that out because my market where I live is also topped out from most of what I hear
