There are some good conferences coming up like NMHC, MFIN Summit, and BEC all in Q1 2020 where you can meet a lot of people in the multi family space.

Before I "retired" at age 37, I worked in the corporate world for 15 years and held a variety of jobs including marketing manager for a tech company, a conference and event director, a probation officer, an office manager for a major alcohol distributor, and a counselor at a residential rehab facility for teens.

Many people who are dismayed by their college experience majored in crap like psychology, sports management, history, eastern european literature or some crap that won't land them a good job.  

Currently planning a 4 month trip to North Eastern US.

I live in north eastern Washington state and I'm looking for somebody who does wholesaling on this side of the state that I could get in touch with or even have mentor me through my first deal.

As I have grown in my investing career I have come to realize that attending conferences and joining masterminds is necessary for continued growth.

That said, I also pony up to attend the IMN residential mortgage conferences (East and West).

My 2019 goals are networking with people in my areas of interest (Hudson Valley/Central or Eastern CT, 60-70miles max of NYC) in hopes to purchase a multi-family to “house hack”.
