If you want more of a MTR approach southern orchards could be a great area it's close to Children's Hospital. 

Over all goal: build generational wealth to support my family long after I'm gone.Short term plan: partner with each of my children (4), to house hack single family or multifamily homes to launch our portfolio. 

I want to be able to leave something behind and teach my children how to prosper in a world full of uncertainty. 

When I was researching the schools in the area, it produced by far the most exam takers (700+) in the first quarter of this year, with nearly a 90% pass rate.I'm not sure about a drive to Bellevue, but I also don't know how feasible working online would be with a full-time job and three young children in the house.

By way of example, I am seeing more and more people who might fit the financial profile of a home owner renting for longer due to delayed life events such as marriage or having children, or due to the financial burden of student loan debt but don't view themselves as renters and as a result prefer to be in a home as opposed to an apartment.  

This is a great plan and something that we're instilling in our children as they make decisions on their upcoming career paths. 

With my wife and I having two small children and demanding jobs I am okay with less properties and more cash flow from those properties for our current situation.Anyone with experience with this that is willing to provide feedback would be much appreciated.
