I started with apartments.com due to all the recommendations for cozy but don’t think the switch to the new platform is complete because the functionality is not worth the hype, in my opinion.

BP also provides a great platform to get reviews from investors that have worked with specific providers in the past. 

There are options to offer monthly and weekly discounts too within the platform for STR. 

I’m not thrilled with contractors who give quotes during the day and stay to chat, unless quotes are their only job for a company, shouldn’t they be working during those hours?

I work with a bunch of young aspiring real estate investors just like you (in a free online group), and I am willing to help you out with some advice or even chat on the phone if you wish.

I’ve heard of Buildium but haven’t cross compared it to other platforms like Cozy.

I would be excited to chat and see if we can synergize some of our thoughts and efforts to try to build better communities.
