Below are the costs I am aware of:- Surveyor: topographic survey, tree survey, verification of true current property dimensions, subdivision plan, existing house building location certificate.- Arborist: tree report (and tree removal, if necessary). - City of Surrey: application fees, development cost charges (DCCs), Engineering fees?
