Hello fellow real estate agents and investors,I am in the market to purchase a customer relationship manager (CRM) platform for my growing real estate business and am curious if anyone has personalized feedback on the platform you are using/have used?

I will add that when the LO and I ran the numbers it was for a client who manages their own properties here locally which surely helped. 

Theyve outsourced management to PM companies, and their property values are rising now quicker than they would have before.So good cause evictions, rent control, things of that nature hurt small landlords substantially more.

Where I was from (large orgs) managers are pretty strict on what information they can provide for employment verification.

Is there anyone on here who did not quit claim and is ok with having property in personal name?

I am in the Tampa market as an investor, broker, and property manager. 

Armando - A few questions I would ask are:- I've seen banks typically use 5% for vacancy factor- Are you self-managing?

And I have a teenager once every few weeks walk the project picking up stuff that has blown around.. its frustrating..

By using the program, I want to buy a condo here as my primary residence.This is my first home and I reported more than a 2-year tax return, I have a solid job here.

I live nearby and I mayi like to join if possible as well.
