Advise that you need the tenant relocated from your property immediately for a whole host of issues and that you would like for a Notice To Quit to be served on the tenant immediately (in my area, the caseworkers can issue the Notice by email and have them out in 3 days) and offer to provide them with the details should they wish to file a fraud claim against the previous seller.
