O3 is very effective destroying organic compounds such as smells, the source of smells, mold etc - naturally it also attact cells in your raspatory system.

So I don't want to go out and rent and lose money, so that is why I am thinking of a strategy where I could get a house, rent out couple of rooms or close to that so at least we wont be congested and at the same time it will be an investment. 

If the investor needs 30% profit the 70% formula wont work for him/her.

If not, you wont get much activity.

Every project has its own bank account.Although I am using xero.com to do all of my unified entity accounting which collects pay outs from those individual entities.Ultimately I would prefer to do everything online, but I have heard horror stories about businesses being used as beta testers for QB online and changes completely destroying their books.

And if your thinking home values wont see significant rise, I would look for better cash flow numbers. 

If you are buying the home from a turnkey it wont happen but maybe if you find your own deal and do the renovations it might be possible.

When they leave, by choice or by eviction, the houses usually need a few thousand dollars in rehab, even though the tenants may not have deliberately destroyed the property.
