I'd imagine the same could be true of posting a for-sale sign in the front of the house, a free craigslist ad, or an email to one of my existing contacts saying 'hey, this is for sale!'

SFH's are on sale right now as we are in a buyers' market.

I know this is an old post but wondering if anyone has a good contactor in Lubbock. 

PM has asked in past about seeing if the house is for sale and he has an agent who can do it.

But there were 2 things that made me wonder if it would work:- Lot might be too small.

Going into a potential deal, I look at the track record of appreciation (sales comps) in the immediate area, not the general area, and based solely on properties that are within 10% higher/lower in sq ftg than the property I'm looking at.I have a goal of a specific number ()in dollars, NOT percentages) that I need to achieve in appreciation. 

I’m wondering if this applies to Oregon state laws.
