This past February I had a list of roughly 10 properties I wanted to bid on and by the time the auction came around they had all been removed from auction.

I want it not necessarily to become a realtor, but more so to provide a slight advantage to myself financially to both the purchasing and selling of real estate but also to gain access to MLS listing.First, I'd like to ask if this is even adventitious as a real estate investor or if I'd be merely wasting time and money?
