So I got a message from my PM saying that our new tenant is saying the AC was only blowing warm air and if we could fix it.

I know to reach my $5,000, I need to have 10 warm leads, to get 10 warm leans I know I will need to speak to approximately 100 prospects and to find 100 prospects I know that I will need to speak to about 5,000 cold calls which represents the bottom of my pyramid and the starting point to my goal.

This is a business, not a "warm, fuzzy, pull your heart strings" relationship....the PM keeps it professional and not emotionally charged.

For some of my clients they feel this way at 5 million net worth.Neighborhood small balance commercial is expanding in warm belt states like crazy right now.

I plan on taking a trip out to Indy but in the spring when it warms up, fair weather Californian over here.Thanks for taking the time!
