On FHA and VA loans there is a document that states you'll need to live there 12 months min, while on conventional I have not seen any thing regarding a specific time frame so as long as you move in and do intend to live there as a primary that should be sufficient enough.

Value the 3 properties and then you can see what to allocate as a % under the one note, but that may not be sufficient to pay off the note on a prorated basis as that will be up to the lender if not stated (often, borrowers miss this for stated payoffs under a blanket mortgage). ;)

I then started to rent out my house and realized that I liked the fact that, even though my paycheck from my company is vastly larger, I really enjoyed the profit I make from my rental property because I have do next to nothing to sustain that income.
