You also have to have enough knowledge to determine if a response is good or BS.Have them talk about their job in detail.

A part of it also depends on your own experience.If you are knowledgeable about tenant relations, property maintenance, lease negotiations and tenant improvements; AND you are local to where your investment is, then you could consider managing it yourself.I have known many an investor who derive great pleasure out of taking care of their own properties.

I deal exclusively with residential Real Estate.I'm looking forward to participating in this community and will be glad to help anyone in any way that I can with the knowledge that I've been fortunate enough to accumulate.

If you feel your knowledge and experience are just as important as the ones putting in the money (of course they have to agree too), then make yourself an equal partner.

there is no limitation to my knowledge of how long you can keep this up so you could tie up a property for 20 years i guess.the only catch, each bid requires a 5% deposit.
