The unique thing about Lampasas are there are NO RENTALS available!  

I guess what I am saying here is that regretting selling something, because the value went up after you sold it, is not a regret unique to real estate...I think the better question here is: Is there a reason that you regret selling that is unique to real estate investing?

My banker is in Illinois and they fund projects in SC but I want to vet some local/regional banks in Greenville and the surrounding area.  

This home is really custom with high end unique features like incredible 40 ft vaulted ceilings, sky light windows, custom mosaic travertine floors, archways, radiant heat in the floors, lots of land right against the mountain with incredible views, orchard, and over 3000 sq ft in main and 2nd floor living (not including basement sq ft).
