@James Baker - You should be able to get 3 months or 6 months without too much difficulty. 

I am quite close to the dental world (not a dentist) but myself have difficulty gauging the needs for dental services of the community, and what the supply demand ratio is.

Also look in the fine print to see if they have any additional "technology fees." 

Technology automates most investor interactions.

Obviously if they just continued to pay after that point it would be fine, but if they did ever quit paying there would be difficulties in collecting.That's my 'layman's' summary of the situation, so don't take it as gospel but it helped me in understanding the different processes in my research into how BK works.
