We currently have about 18,000 homes on market and Opendoor has about 1,800 homes listed (the numbers go up and down daily).Most of their homes for sale have been sitting and they're all listed at or below what Opendoor paid for them.

I check the market daily, sometimes listings don’t fall into a specific category/ search criteria (mainly because the listing agent either didn’t check a box or checked the wrong box when they put the property on the market).

If you're looking for stable regulation and Average Daily Rate growth I think it's worth a second look.

You break even in class A 'hoods daily and make it up with appreciation when you sell -- IF we don't commit suicide-by-rent-control.

Thanks @Matt 'Roar' Gardner, a lot of great agents out here but if she is looking for a great market with strong growth in average daily rates and a single family homes near the water PCB is the place to be.
