In order........Make sure the numbers work.Call the listing agent yourself .....let them know you are out of state and you want to know "If I was standing in front of the property, or even just walking though the inside what are some obvious things I would see with the naked eye.....missing shingles on the roof, paint pealing in the back.....holes in the wall, is the property across the street from a graveyard or liquor store, etc."

I have tons of towels out as well as spare sheets for guest use in the linen closet.All the other items are stored in an owners closet and in the garage.We live pretty far out from town so our place has lots of extra stuff ready to replace items that get used.

Nothing else comes close to bitcoin as a long term store of value, though currently silver and gold are also good choices -especially for balancing a portfolio.
