Hey @Justyn Hope, properties in the $50,000 to $65,000 range definitely are possible to come by in Birmingham.A handful of B/B+ neighborhoods in the west side of town—especially places like Fairfield, Midland, Madison, Brighton, Pleasant Grove, Hueytown, Bessemer, and McCalla—sport homes that retail for this range.

And are you providing bags/scoop/bins for cleanup if it's a shared space? 

In theory it may be but I am doing a lot of research in this oil boom in various states and it's a mixed bag depending on who your talking to and what info your getting.

All I knew of Cleveland were the sports teams (let's be honest, mainly just the Cavs and Indians, lol), Bone Thugs N Harmony rap group, and I'd heard of Cleveland Clinic.

Great sports teams, excellent food, the lake, the parks, industry, an economy on an upswing.  

John Fox was renting his $2-3mm home, as was Jay Cutler and I would imagine lots of sports players.
