Now it's more cosmetic things like kitchen cabinet door handle is miss aliened, trim doesn't match from the living room to the hallway, paint from the ceiling to the wall hasn't been cuttin particularly well.What is your thoughts on these types of repairs?

Be sure to match square footage, how many bathrooms or bedrooms, and amenities. 

People take selfies and upload their IDs and software makes sure they match and can check databases for falsified documents, etc. 

My assumption is the combined units match might match to comps--though would be planning to stay a long time, so would not be super concerned to be honest. 

Just not sure how it would be treated if the income numbers don't match exact or if it is ok as long as the total matches?

right now and too competitive but great appreciations. also there are no turnkey companies in Columbus similar to REI nation , Memphis turnkey properties or mid south -  who provide out of state investors with white glove service or at least close to white glove. you are left with local Property managers mercy and so far I have not come across any company which would match with the 3 I just mentioned in Columbus.Happy Investing!!!!
