Hi Ronny,If it were me I'd ask them to pay the deductible and see if they go for it.If not, even though $500 is a lot of money, it's probably not smart to get into a challenge with them over it.In my opinion, if the rebar caused the damage and it's on the property, asking for the deductible seems reasonable.Good Luck!

He's smart, responds pretty quickly, and has really fair pricing.

Additionally, just to be very precise, no one (smart) records the Lease, because it contains the financial data, and no one (smart) wants to be negotiating against themselves based on the Public Record during every transaction. 

But whatever type you settle on, get smart on it and find a deal that will make you money!

It will also handle the calendars between these different sites to avoid double bookings. some at least Property Management Systems also have a hosted website, for small monthly price and they therefore take care of all the website support as well put smart locks such as remotelock or Resort lock ory errentallock on your doors to control the check-in and check-out times of your guests.
