I'm looking to chat real estate with like minded people and begin developing investor relationships, both with my group but I'm also interested in investing with others if there are great opportunities out there. 

Your best bet is to sit down and have a chat with the tenant, if you are personal and develop a good relationship with them I would bet that you can come to agreement on some terms.  

Now, I absolutely don't want to interfere with an existing relationship, but as you are reaching out, I'm happy to chat with you to see if we can get you pointed in the right direction whether that's us or another PM firm if it doesn't meet our criteria.As a fellow investor, I know finding a good PM can be looking me finding a needle in a haystack.

Brookfield is also great, it has gotten a little pricy lately, but is producing outstanding rents.Give me a call if you want to chat some more.
