Hi allI am a dual UK / US citizen currently working in the UK.

If I can move people's money out of China, I would be a millionaire now, and probably in Jail...Jokes aside, Mao 2.0 might be the only way to manage 1.42 Billion citizen.

Here’s my situation: I was bitten by the real estate bug in my senior year of college (2-ish years ago) after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.

My brother who is a Australian Citizen wants to invest in US Real estate.Any regulatory etc requirements or any other items that anyone can direct me to for non US Resident investors in Real Estate.Thank you Sam

A friend of mine is a wake county attorney he stated a citizen owes no duty to a police officer to disclose there identify in nc unless they are operating a vehicle.

Next will be rent collection, then maintenance requests online.Since we still have some senior citizens who don't get online and some tenants without bank accounts, we will continue to accept rent via mail or by hand, as best fits their needs.

Now I do have a niece that is a Canadian citizen, and my sister which is a Canadian PR.

I guess well enough to quit pharmacy school in mid application my senior year of undergraduate at University of Georgia.
