Greeting BP.

My name is Hanyang Chen (Jason). I'm an international student graduated from University of Georgia major in Real Estate. I'm a newbie investor lives in Duluth GA, looking forward to connecting with local experts. I have my RE license but currently inactive due to personal reasons, will activate the license in a year or so.

I'm very new to RE investing, so I'm looking for turnkey investment properties with little or none remodel work. I appreciate any advice on where I should be looking in the state of GA.

Thanks and best luck to everyone out there!

Jason

@Account Closed I wish I can move family money out of China, but I can't! There is a $50K limit on each person moves money out of China every year.

If I can move people's money out of China, I would be a millionaire now, and probably in Jail...

Jokes aside, Mao 2.0 might be the only way to manage 1.42 Billion citizen.
