I buy single family homes in the right location  they are easy to rent and easy to sale .When  you buy triplexes they can be hard to sale, you have limited your self to  only to investors to sale to if in a jam .

I would like to learn about analyzing, purchasing and managing larger Multi Families and or Apartment complexes.Can anyone recommend any self learning books or courses...preferable audio format....that I can study to get my feet wet.Thanks in advance

I live, work and invest in the Rochester, NY area and self manage. 

I was thinking more down the lines of moving it to a self directed IRA from which I could use it to invest.I think I will leave it for now though and try some other alternatives.
