They asked me to scan and email a copy of the bill. 30 minutes later I received an email indicating that they've been in touch with the Dept. of Public Utilities and that the title company is awaiting an OK from HUD to pay the bill.I'll keep my fingers crossed this is a quick and painless process from here on out...
