A few more DD areas, does the board have a lot of turnover, any prior or current litigation, and reputation of the management company.

As far as app/vs websites, some have the same functionality on both the web and mobile (but not many).

Deciding on the name took longer than anything else, but once we settled, it was less than an hour of filling out web forms, reserving a web site, setting up email and such.

Everything is up to code and put that fire out immediately.All reputable remediation companies in my area are backed up a few weeks so they will most likely be out of the property for 3-4 weeks. 

If anyone knows of a web-based way to find this information? 

The GC has walked off the job and I'm in dire need of finding a reputable, fair-priced GC who does great work to finish the project in a timely manner (before winter hits), ideally in the next 4-6 weeks.

You still have to be kind, or they will trash your reputation online.
