Huntsville, AL: How to determine if additions are permitted?
I have a line on my first BRRRR purchase in Huntsville and have a question regarding permits for obvious additions. The house has obvious additions, some well done, some of dubious quality, and an additional garage structure. I have searched the city websites, Google, etc. to no avail on how to find out if and when these were permitted.
If anyone knows of a web-based way to find this information? If not, the only course of action would appear to be to call the building department and ask someone.
Thanks,
Charles
