I know that everyone talks about the declining value of Japanese Real Estate.

That’s where having some real guidance makes all the difference.

My concern with FL real estate is that if something doesn't change soon, most property will be uninsurable except through excess lines and there is very limited accountability/oversight as to whether or not these over seas insurance agencies even have the funds for payouts.

I'm a long time professional property manager and I'm not afraid to deal with delinquency or other legal matters myself, so I only pay for the services I want, like screenings and the tenant payment portal. 

Hi All I passed my Real estate license back in 2019 but never used it.

It was pretty easy for me to refund guests once I called in, including fees, but by the time I was making the calls it was clearly a mess.

Allows buy low and get an inspection if possible Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I've been debating where I should invest for a number of years, and think I need to just get into it, as a lot of time has gone by without me doing anything. 

Fairview Park is nice as well and both have a decent amount of multi-family properties available at any given time so that's great advice!
