Should I look at new construction properties in new communities that seem to be appreciating or older property that has lower mortgage and more likely to cash flow? 

What does scare me are hidden fees or liens on the property I cannot currently see. 

Curious about the Greenville property. 

I make sure whatever property I am looking at will do well based on seasonality.
