When I was 13 I started my own landscaping company in NJ (Divine Landscaping) and just recently started a video production company (Non Stop Productions).Through the 4 years I have been in Raleigh, NC I have seen an enormous change in real estate and I am tired of sitting back and watching other investors get rich quick. 

I’m glad to have joined the BP community, and look forward to learning and helping out whenever we can. 

I am intrested in all the aspects of investing like  wholesaling,residential redevelopment etc.I am Happy to join the community and introduce myself and learn from your experiences as well.CheersVinay

I know that he is right as she is probably baiting us to make a mistake but why she is dragging out the eviction when she isn't living there is just beyond comprehension to me.She's now compiled an eviction on her record, her boyfriends and her 18 year old son....seems counter productive given that we offered a workout several times in a way that wouldn't leave an eviction on their record.Rick

So I live near a small town that has a small community college, a Walmart, a Sheetz, and a couple other little places in it.
