hi @Neetu Patil, that's unfortunately more common in CA these days, many companies have stopped quoting new business and/or are dropping certain types of homes.  

My other concern with leasing is that by the time the lease is done, i will be beginning my first busy season as an accountant while studying for the CPA.

Im starting my fix/flip business and am having a terrible time on the MLS, so I am looking for wholesalers to build a relationship with and get deals that way.

Something to consider while you build your "business"

You might also meet someone that could be a potential business partner.

We've been in the business for 31 years and have the highest client satisfaction ratings.

I have a couple business partners looking to pool resources to make this possible as well.I am interested in connecting with bigger pockets experts, agents, and lenders in Middle Tennessee or surrounding states.  

Well what I was thinking that I could do was look for a tax deed property in a decent area (closer to one of the colleges in town) and use my business credit to acquire the property and to renovate.

She is moving to start a new business…  

Having said all of that I will finish by saying finding qualified trustworthy people to help build your business is very important.
