@Andy MirzaI just closed a fund and have had several investors bail because they either needed funds elsewhere or were scared.I think people are panicking and do not realize note investors do not wish for a bad economy but their product is produced from it and in bad times it produces the potential for greater opportunity.Cuyahoga county put a 60 day stay on all foreclosure and eviction cases and my guess is the rest of Ohio will as well

While we all have different appetites for level of leverage, we all will have at least some modest trouble even if it is just lower ROI when our cash flow properties do not consistently cash flow.

hmmm... had I submitted that offer I could have been in big trouble for misrepresentation.This is not the first case I’ve had, just the most glaring...PS oh, and having the letter also indicates what kinda of loan product you are using and if any concessions are planned.
