Also are their any Private money lenders or Hard money that you would recommend in the Chattanooga, TN Area?

It is secured by property (albeit 2nd position) and they aren't on the hook for the existing mortgage.

It would be ideal to know for sure if the properties will appraise for at least 100K which is a common minimum standard in hard and private money.
