I typically let those go to voice mail (im dont like being on the phone) so I try and get them as much info as I can in the email that they get.

We are more likely to see a much more "normal" deleveraging.What I have noticed is a lot more private money is deploying into real estate again relative to the last five years. 

I'm seeing property managers struggle to keep up, let alone private individuals.

I make more coffee and breakfast and sit outside and read at least 10 pages of water ever book I currently reading.After that, I begin to answer email while making any calls I need to make.I then work on my blog or explore BP and answer any forum questions I can.Pick up a little around the house and play with the dog and then I am off to work for the day. 

I told her I will email her an application and I will send her a link to a screening company.That night I checked I googled her name, did some minor digging and she was evicted 2 times already this year.
