No, I have no stock in Insta-hang, but I just saw an ad on TV for the little gizzmo that drives in pins in walls to hang pictures.I required the use of pins in my units for years, I showed them how to drive or press them in at an angle to hang stuff.

While there are never any guarantees, I know there are things that can be done to predict when a tenant will be more responsible.My hunch is that a person's wealth has very little correlation with their willingness to pay their rent.

Bill - if you have a lot of retirement funds and you are wanting to allocate some to RE... that is good... but if you only have 100,000 invested for retirement you might want to invest it in stocks and use non-retirement funds for RE investing.
