Look into tax delinquent properties, pre-foreclosures, probate, bankruptcy Chapter 7 liquidations.

It's not "professional" but most 20 and 30 somethings use venmo (similar to PayPal).

And Ohio itself has 2 professional baseball and 2 professional football teams, a professional basketball team(Cleveland), THE Ohio State Buckeyes are always a competitive college team in multiple sports.  

My research suggests this is a solid B neighborhood, comprised largely of young professionals and UWM students.
