They set up my corporation and LLC's, giving me multi-layered asset protection

Would the property be any more protected if there were an in-state rental or property management LLC while the property is held by an out of state LLC?

I am so over getting hammered by tenants and the laws that protect them….with us taking all the hits. 

Just hoping I can protect myself from the deluge of stupidity. 

I also have some knowledge of LA rebt control, evictions, basic asset protection and have some decent LA resources at my disposal and am more than happy to share anything i have/know (for fun and for free)looking forward to seeing what other markets people are having success in and actually getting deals- i looked at milwaukee at suggestion of a friend and seems like I'm a year too late there.

Where do we get best lease that will hold up in court and protect our interests.

Is it ironclad protection of other assets to put a rental property into an LLC? 

Unfortunately, you're going to run into problems with Fair Housing Laws and protected classes in the way that you're presenting it.

I thought this would be best for asset protection and to do it when I had time.

The protections mostly revolve around liability like if you get sued by a contractor, buyer, tenant, or someone getting injured on your property.
