Before my first flip, should I create an LLC ?

Hello,

I am planning to start with the first flip in MA. I'm going to use a hard money lender to finance my purchase and rehab costs, I see a lot of hard money lenders that ask for LLC. Is it a good idea to start an LLC to do deals?

Also, if LLC recommends which website do you recommend?

Thanks in advance!
