It wasn't a pleasant experience having to do that to them, but after sending them a few pictures of the damages and mess, they paid for the extra damages without much hassle.

In all reality, you need to step back, and look at the entire picture.

I really dont have your whole picture to say if you should duke it out or cut your losses now.

I try to involve my son as much as possible and let him do things like take the pictures :) If I can teach him how to start and run a business I'll feel accomplished.

They can text to a certain code, get a link directly to the listing with all the pictures and everything.

I think one time I looked at my own ad in Trulia and it was overlaid by another paid advertiser's ad, to the point that their pictures covered my pictures, if I didn't know I would have assumed their pictures are those of my own.So I started to stick in the actual postlets link into the body of my ads, and I embed a RQ code to that link in my pictures.Lately, I started to put QR codes onto my yard signs. 

They had a picture on the overhead of a decent looking little house and thought that they were pretty great.
